Two groups begin APRIL 2026:
4th Wednesdays at 9AM (PT) Starts April 22, 2026
4th Thursdays at 9AM (PT) Starts April 23, 2026
Group Reflective Consultation provides supervisors with a supportive, relationship-based space to think together about the emotional, relational, and systemic complexities inherent in early childhood work. In a facilitated small group, supervisors explore their experiences, reactions, and assumptions while learning from one another’s perspectives. The group creates a community for shared challenges and strengths, normalizes the emotional labor of supervision, and deepens awareness of the parallel process—how the feelings and responsiveness of supervisors is often mirrored in how staff feel and respond to families.
This collaborative format builds collective wisdom, increases reflective capacity, and strengthens each leader’s ability to foster trust, emotional safety, and culturally responsive practice within their own teams. Group reflective consultation ultimately supports a more attuned, regulated, and resilient workforce, enhancing the quality of relationships that nurture young children and their families.
