2nd Edition – The Difficult Life Circumstances (DLC) is a 38-item Yes/No assessment that evaluates the existence of stressors or chronic problems in families. The 2nd edition is organized into categories of stressors: financial concerns, housing/transportation issues, health concerns, personal experiences, child related stress and items related to possible challenges with a partner or spouse.
