  3. Kimberlee Shoecraft, MSW, LICSW
Kimberlee is a licensed independent clinical social worker and a certified substance dependence professional in Washington State. She completed a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Sociology at Central Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Eastern Washington University. Kimberlee began her work with PCRP (then NCAST Programs) in 2004 when she was trained in the NCAST PCI Feeding and Teaching scales. Kimberlee used the scales in practice with child welfare involved families for years and then went on to become a trainer and taught dozens of professionals working with child welfare families in the PCI scales. Kimberlee began working with Promoting First Relationships® in 2007 by providing PFR for families involved in the Washington State child welfare system. In addition to teaching for PCRP, she has spent the last eight years training social service professionals nationally and internationally in other evidence-based programs, as well as providing clinical supervision and consultation for social service professionals working with children and families.  Kimberlee has also worked as a psychiatric social worker in the ER and she spent three years working in the Middle East and many countries in Africa developing psychosocial programs primarily for refugee populations. Kimberlee is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, inquisitive, and approachable trainer. Her years of experience, not only as a trainer, but also as a user of the programs she teaches, give her unique insight into supporting new users through the process of learning.
