New Parent-Child Interaction (PCI) Assessment Training Videos available!
We are pleased to announce the release of ALL NEW training videos for the Parent-Child Interaction Feeding & Teaching scales.
What makes us unique besides nearly 40 years of published, peer-reviewed research?
- The scale measures serve-and-return interactions between parent and child.
- Subscales that measure sensitivity, caregiver response to distress, and caregiver’s social emotional and cognitive growth fostering, as well as how the child communicates their feelings and needs, and how responsive the child is to the caregiver’s behaviors.
The real draw, however, for using Parent-Child Interaction (PCI) scales, is that the training helps providers become better observers of the parent-child relationship; to understand what attunement and synchrony looks like and to fine tune their intervention to match the needs of the dyad.
New to PCI? Join us for a deep dive into the world of parent-child interaction. PCI is so much more than a measurement. It’s an in-depth look into the world of parents and their children, how they navigate stress, and how they repair ruptures.
